Delete your account
Use this form to ask us to delete your Tendroll account and the personal information tied to it. This works the same whether you use the website or the mobile app.
Before you send this
- We confirm it's you first. We reply to the email address you enter. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
- Parents and guardians: your child's records belong to your child care program. We pass your request to the program, and the program decides what it must keep. Programs may have to keep some records under state licensing rules.
- Program administrators: deleting a program account removes every record in it. You have 30 days to export your data first. Use Reports, then Download Full Backup.
- Backups may keep deleted data for a limited time until they are overwritten. See our Privacy Policy.
